Was just checking out the website as I've been going to Folkworks Youth Summer School for the last few years doing song but unfortunately can't go this year so I was just checking out what talent I'm going to miss! I was reading your 'I like...' section though and noticed DV8 was listed there, if you get the chance to go and see 'DV8 - To Be Straight With You' then I'd really recommend it, it was mind blowing!
I'll possibly see you at the Durham Picnic if I can get there without needing to be in Whitby already!

My freind, Pat Simmonds, has just sent me some info about your spontanious appearance in Toronto this week. So I went and read your website, and I must say if we were pals we'd get on just grand! Sorry that I missed you when you were in New York but I was on tour also. If you go to www.finestmusic.com you will find me in there with a few songs that I wrote. I heard you last night live with the Chieftains in Nashville, and I was blown away by your talent. It's easy here in this town to see good music, but GREAT music always leaves a mark. I am passing your name along to all I can tell. May you have many more happy musical years.

Your performance with The Chieftains Saturday in Cleveland was outstanding! They should ask you to remain a permanent part of their touring group. I could have listened to your voice all night.

After seeing the concert with the Chieftains on Tuesday, and consequently buying "People like me" I have gotten as many people to listen to it as I can, and so far they have all loved it! by the way, what do the words in The Vices set translate to in English?
