I am passionate about practising and teaching yoga. I wish I had started practising myself years before I did, as there are so many benefits, not just for the body but also for the mind. I believe in sharing yoga and its benefits with everybody, so I specialise in teaching Chair Yoga. Chair Yoga offers all the benefits of yoga while sitting in a chair. It's a more supported practice for those who find it more difficult to get down to a mat, pregnant women or those recovering from injury. Classes involve breathwork, movement, meditation and music.
